When you contact us or request a product quotation, you may provide details such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, message, selected products, and requested quantities.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.

We use submitted information to respond to messages, prepare and follow up on quotations, discuss product availability and business requirements, provide requested support, and help protect the website from misuse. We may also process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the website.

The Girabella Website app connects our authorized Instagram business account to this website. It processes account and media identifiers, post captions, images or video thumbnails, post links, publication times, and synchronization records to manage and display our brand content. Authorized administrators can also publish brand content to Instagram through the website.

Posts selected for display, including their captions and images, are visible to website visitors. We may keep optimized image copies with our media hosting provider so that these images load reliably. Access credentials are used on the server and are not included in the public Instagram feed.

The integration receives event notifications from Meta to refresh content for the connected account. The current website integration does not provide an Instagram direct-message inbox or save direct message conversations in its database.

We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, on our public pages. These tools use cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, referral source, and whether an inquiry or contact form was submitted. We use this information to understand how visitors find and use the website and to measure our marketing. These tools are not used on account or administration pages.

You can limit these technologies through your browser settings, extensions that block tracking, or the privacy controls offered by Google and Meta.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

Information may be handled by service providers that support our website, communications, or business operations, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with a valid request or protect our users and services. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for these purposes, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations.

You may contact us to ask about the personal information associated with your request, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will review requests in light of the information available and any obligations that apply.

To request access, correction, or deletion of Instagram-related data held by Girabella, email contact@girabellacosmetics.com with the subject "Instagram data request". Include the relevant Instagram username or post link and describe the data involved. Do not include your password or access token. We may ask for information needed to verify your relationship to the account or content.

Account administrators can also remove the app's access through their Meta or Instagram account settings. Removing access does not itself delete copies already held by the website; contact us to request their deletion. Removing content from this website does not delete the original post on Instagram. Requests concerning data held by Meta should be made through Meta's own privacy controls.
